# get_ticket

`tools/call` · `POST /agent/v1/tickets:get`

Get one ticket with its summary, plan, creator and former IDs. A ticket's old ID still finds it. Needs read access.

- Needs the read grant. Read-only. Idempotent.

## Inputs

- `ticket` (string, required): A ticket ID, such as WEB-31.
