# restore_environment

`tools/call` · `POST /agent/v1/environments:restore`

Restore an archived environment, so it and its deployments are active again. Restoring an environment that is not archived changes nothing. Returns the environment. Needs write access.

- Needs the write grant. Idempotent.

## Inputs

- `environment` (string, required): The environment's slug, such as staging.
