# show_inbox

`tools/call` · `POST /agent/v1/messages:show`

Show your open messages: tickets people sent you with an ask, and mentions in comments. Clients with MCP Apps draw them with buttons to start or finish each one; other clients get them as text with links to the tickets. Needs read access.

- Screen: opens the Agent inbox screen in hosts with MCP Apps.
