# show_ticket

`tools/call` · `POST /agent/v1/tickets:show`

Show one ticket: its status, owner, summary and plan. Clients with MCP Apps draw it with controls to change its status; other clients get it as text with a link to its page. A ticket's old ID still finds it. Needs read access.

- Title: Ticket
- Area: Screens
- Needs the read grant. Read-only. Idempotent.
- Screen: opens the Ticket screen in hosts with MCP Apps.

## Inputs

- `ticket` (string, required): A ticket ID, such as WEB-31.

## Request

```json
{
  "jsonrpc": "2.0",
  "id": 1,
  "method": "tools/call",
  "params": {
    "name": "show_ticket",
    "arguments": {
      "ticket": "WEB-31"
    }
  }
}
```

## HTTP request

The same call over the agent HTTP API, with an agent OAuth access token:

```bash
curl -X POST https://api.qa.clankership.net/agent/v1/tickets:show \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $CLANKER_AGENT_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
  }'
```
