List the messages people sent you: a ticket with an ask, such as Draft the ticket, or a mention in a ticket comment. Open messages by default. Read the ticket with get_ticket, do the work, then call complete_message. Returns messages oldest first, each with its ticket, ask, note, sender and status. Needs read access.
Inputs
statusstringopen (the default) lists queued and delivered messages; all adds completed and declined ones.
